I have ordered 3 times from this company the last time I did receive a notification from DHL - after 3 weeks from placing my order and following tracking, that I needed to pay $37 tariff, which is new! I paid the tariff and received my goods within two days after I paid. I’m still happy with my purchase, they no longer take PayPal you have to use crypto currency which I purchase from Venmo then transfer to their payment site. It all went smoothly.

*UPDATE-I received a letter from the FDA that my order had been seized. I contacted the seller who was no help. I told them I was going to get a refund thru PayPal and they suggested this was the best option-they did not offer a refund. I asked them to contact PP to let them know that I didn't receive my order, but they did nothing. Please don't waste your money with this scammer. I placed an order on June 12th. I started tracking as soon as I had a tracking number, but my order stayed in Ohio for 7 days. When I contacted the seller, she said I probably owed a tariff-this was not mentioned when I paid $50 for shipping. She suggested I contact DHL, which I did, and I couldn't even get to the place where I was supposed to pay the extra $37. I am going to just dispute the charge on PayPal and go elsewhere. I will not order from this company again.
