Been running their BPC blend for a research protocol and it's been pretty dialed in so far. Reconstituted clean, no cloudiness, lyophilized cake looked intact. Knocked off a star because shipping took longer than I expected, almost two weeks. COA was easy to find on their site though, which I appreciate.

Website and Customer service went MIA. What happened!? Changed my 1 star back to 5! They are BACK! My order that I placed(11/20) was cancelled due to the website issues, but I reached out to them via their “contact us” page. Not only did they reply back to me in less than 5 minutes, but my issue was resolved IMMEDIATELY. I love their products, and they work! A huge shout out to Jonathon! He was very helpful, and took care of my order asap. If you are having issues with recent orders, just reach out to them with PROOF of purchase or receipts, and they will take care of you!

I unfortunately did not have a great turn out with the peptide that was being tested. Zero difference all around. I don’t know what happened but it’s almost like it was defective.
