Would give negative stars if I could
Would give negative stars if I could. They are definitely scammers who steal your money. They sent me a return label, and I sent the vial back, which I have proof from UPS that they received, but of course I never got a refund. They never return any phone calls or emails. Filed a complaint with the BBB now, and will consider the next step after this.

Placed an order never received confirmation but the money was withdrawn from my account. Tried to contact them by phone email and chat on the website with no response back .

Stole my money!
I ordered 5 vials and they were crystallized. Reached out for a return and they claimed they only received one vial. They are refusing to refund me for all 5.Do not use these people, they are awful and scammers!
