Regular customer for years
Regular customer for years. Products are top, shipment fast, broad product range.Negatives:- extra duty costs because of not part of EU. Not their fault and I still choose to pay these costs because of their quality and very good cost/quality ratio,- depending on country, the payment procedure can take a few extra steps.

I read the reviews just before I made my purchase, with the items in my basket ready to checkout .I was dubious and Charlie’s name was mentioned frequently , so I sat on the order .I was emailed at the end of hours buy the staff at direct peptides and this continued through the next day.It was Charlie the helped with my order and he’s proved true to his word and very helpful.My order was picked , packed and posted .I received my order the very next morning.I’ll definitely use again and recommend to others.

Product never arrived, I had one reply out of 5 from customer service team who said they would ship out another one - after a months delay - I had no reply or updated tracking 72hours later

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I sent a faster payment of £124.12 on 3/11/22 which got processed immediately and left my bank. Then requested a refund as i no longer wanted the product and it had been a few days and my order had not been processed ,'CHARLIE' Told me when they received payment they would refund me. Back and forth with emails telling me they had not recieved payment which is false as i rang my bank and checked. My bank then contacted there bank and was unable to get my money back as they did not no where it went. 'CHARLIE' Asked me for my account number and that they was going to send me my refund. This did not happen it has been weeks ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS FIRST PEOPLE. In the middle of a cost of living crisis and near christmas and this company and several sister companys which are more or less identical are stealing money off people. AVOID.
